Jackson will watch other performances from dancers, bands and gospel singers from a VIP area.
Those among the 1,600 fans in attendance who have paid the full fee will be able to meet the "Billie Jean" singer briefly.
Ticket holders who have only paid 200,000 yen will get free food and drink and a signed photo of the 48-year-old star.
Last week, Jackson performed at the Word Music Awards in London.
Fans had been expecting a live rendition of his seminal hit "Thriller," but were left disappointed when he only sang a few lines of his charity single "We Are the World" with a choir of children.
